Turkish Foreign Minister visits Khiva, Bukhara, Samarkand

AKIPRESS.COM - The delegation led by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu visited Khiva, Bukhara and Samarkand as part visit to Uzbekistan.
The delegation arrived in Khiva on March 6. They were accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan and State Tourism Committee Chairman Aziz Abdukhakimov, Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov, Khorezm region governor Farhod Ermanov.
The cultral events in Ichan-Kala complex in Khiva, outdoor museum, were organized. The Khorezm region puppet theater staged the performance.
The historical TV series produced together with Turkey ("I am Jaloliddin") were screned to the delegation.
The Turkish delegation then visited Bukhara.
They arrived in Samarkand on March 7, where they attended the opening ceremony of the General Consulate of Turkey.
