Owners of bakeries order new ovens and expand business, but they encounter one difficulty - where to find more bakers. This profession is not taught at colleges, it is mastered since young age by apprentices.
"I started with making 100-150 flatbreads a day, but gradually increased the number of baked bread. People come and take our bread to other states," the baker from New York told Current Times.
