Kyrgyzstan has not registered Covid-19 variants yet - Health Minister

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan has not registered coronavirus variants yet, Minister of Health and Social Development Alymkadyr Beishenaliev told a press conference on March 29.
He said vaccination against coronavirus infection starts in Kyrgyzstan today.
"We need vaccination to defeat coronavirus. We received 150,000 doses of Sinopharm vaccine. People, MPs and others want that the Health Minister vaccinates first, so I will be vaccinated first. Medical workers, teachers, social workers and others will be vaccinated then in line with the national vaccination plan," the Health Minister said.
