Uzbekistan, South Korea discuss interparliamentary cooperation

AKIPRESS.COM - Senate Speaker Tanzila Narbaeva met with Speaker of National Assembly of South Korea Park Byeong-seug on April 6 in Tashkent.
The Speakers took a note of intensified interparliamentary dialogue between two countries.
The ways to bolster bilateral cooperation were considered at the meeting, including implementation of the agreements reached between the heads of state, development of relations between line parliamentary committes, international parliamentary structures and orgaizations, creation of the regulatory framework.
The sides found it necessary to ramp up Uzbek-Korean parliamentary dialogue.
Importance of exchange of experience in creation of laws to support reforms and socio-economic development, faster ratification of bilateral agreements was noted during the talks.
