IREX resumes activities in Uzbekistan 15 years after its closure

AKIPRESS.COM - The Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan has registered a branch of the International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX) on April 12.
IREX will focus on empowerment of youth of Uzbekistan, expansion of access to quality education and information, English language training for teachers and university students by native speakers.
IREX Office was closed in Uzbekistan in 2006 for "violation of national legislation."
