Tajik Foreign Ministries hands in note to Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Muzaffar Huseinzoda met with Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Tajikistan Janysh Rustenbekov.
The note of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan was handed in to the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan, in which the Tajik side expressed concerns over 'illegal actions of representatives of the State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan with regard to two underage citizens of Tajikistan in Kulik area, Vorukh district," the Tajik Foreign Ministry reported.
Deputy Foreign Minister Muzaffar Huseinzoda said actions leading to tension in border zone are inadmissible. He urged the Kyrgyz side to undertake immediate actions to hold those responsible guilty and to inform the Tajik side about the results.
The Deputy Foreign Minister said Tajikistan is committed to consistent development of friendly and good neighborly relations with Kyrgyzstan.
The Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan handed in the note to the Ambassador of Tajikistan over kidnapping of two residents of Leilek district, Batken region.
Vorukh authorities claimed Kyrgyz border guards kidnapped and beat two school students.
