Golovnoi water distribution facility belongs to Kyrgyzstan - Foreign Ministry

AKIPRESS.COM - The Golovnoi water distribution facility lies on the territory of Kyrgyzstan and belongs to Kyrgyzstan, Ermek Kyshtobaev, First Secretary of First Political Department of the Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan, told a press conference in Bishkek.
He was asked to comment on authenticity of the documents on the water distribution facility spread across social media.
"This issue should addressed to the secretariat of the government's special representative for border issues, as the Kyrgyz part of the commission has specialists of respective government agencies, such as Land Resources Agency, Mapping Service. They will have better answer on the documents," he explained.
Ermek Kyshtobaev said the water distribution facility was built by Kyrgyzstan.
