20 psychologists and psychotherapists work in Batken region

AKIPRESS.COM - Twenty psychologists and psychotherapists work in Batken region, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development Aliza Soltonbekova told a press conference on May 4 in Bishkek. Affected citizens and families who lose their close ones need psychological assistance. Teams of psychologists and psychotherapists were dispatched to Batken region. 4 specialists were sent from Osh and 10 from Bishkek. They will work there until May 11," the Deputy Health Minister said.
15 volunteers and workers of the Red Crescent Society worked in Batken region before. They provided first socio-psychological assistance.
10 psychologists and psychotherapists worked too, she said.
