Families of those who died as a result of Kyrgyz-Tajik border conflict to receive 1 million soms compensations - Japarov

AKIPRESS.COM - Families of those who died as a result of the armed conflict on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border will receive compensations of 1 million soms (around $12,000). Affected entrepreneurs will receive support as well, President Sadyr Japarov said.
The President visited Maksat village of Leilek district, which was affected during the armed conflict.
A special status will be given to Batken region in the nearest time, Japarov said at the meeting with locals.
