90 coronavirus cases confirmed among school students in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - Coronavirus and pneumonia cases were registered in 24 public schools out of total 97 schools, Education Department's senior specialist Chinara Isakova told a press briefing on May 12.
13 schools are closed for quarantine due to COVID-19 in Bishkek.
36 classes in 21 schools are quarantined, she said.
"47 school teachers have coronavirus infection, 9 of them have pneumonia. 90 coronavirus cases were confirmed among school students. 11 of them have pneumonia. 2,627 school students have online classes," Chinara Isakova said.
47 teachers and 3,331 school students have flu, she said.
