Best district in Turkmenistan to receive $1 million prize

AKIPRESS.COM - The best district in Turkmenistan will receive $1 million prize.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov announced a competition among district and towns with district rights, districts of Ashgabat for achievement of the best results in social, economic and cultural indicators.
The respective order was signed by the President at the extended government meeting, the state TV channel reported.
A commission will determine a district winner in each region and in Ashgabat.
The administration of the district winner or city will be awarded $1 million prize.
