It is total lawlessness: Ex-PM Babanov on charges

AKIPRESS.COM - Former Prime Minister Omurbek Babanov was brought to the Pervomai district court of Bishkek on June 2.
Court will decide on his further detention.
He told journalists that his detention is total lawlessness.
"I was the only Prime Minister who returned 16,000 hectares of land to the state," he said.
Babanov was detained by the State National Security Committee on suspicion of corruption concerning Kumtor project on May 31.
