AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek city police patrol officers are picking up elderly and women with children on their service cars to take them to their homes amid strike staged by drivers of public vans.
The press service of the Bishkek City Police Department said that due to the current situation on June 2, most of the minibus drivers did not appear on the roads, so patrol police officers are helping elderly people and women with children to get home.
Bus stops, buses and trolleybuses are overcrowded.
