Director of UNDP Regional Bureau for CIS to visit Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations, Assistant Administrator of UNDP, and Director of the UNDP Regional Bureau for Europe and CIS Mirjana Spoljaric Egger will visit Kyrgyzstan on June 16-19.
She will hold consultations with leadership of the country and key partners, will meet with government officials, representatives of donor agencies.
On June 17, Mirjana Spoljaric Egger will attend the High-Level Dialogue on Digital Development organized by UNDP and the Ministry of Digital Development in partnership wit the World Bank and University of Central Asia.
UNDP Accelerator Lab will be opened on June 18. Participants of the Lab study, experiment and develop portfolios of solutions to tackle such issues as air polution, waste utilization, destructive socio-economic impact of COVID-19 on the most vulnerable groups of population and many other issues.
