GKNB denies video showing Babanov working out was shot in detention center

AKIPRESS.COM - The footage that showed ex-PM Omurbek Babanov in the gym was not filmed in the detention center of the State National Security Committee, it is a fake, the press service of the State National Security Committee said in response to social media reports. "The State National Security Committee detention facility is a high security facility, and the recording of photographs and videos inside the detention facility is not allowed," the statement reads.
Babanov was detained on May 31 in the Kumtor case and taken to the State National Security Committee detention facility.
