Former National Security Committee deputy chairman Duishenbek Chotkorayev house arrested

AKIPRESS.COM - The Pervomai district court changed the detention regime for former State National Security Committee deputy chairman Duishenbek Chotkorayev, sources in the law enforcement agencies said on June 23. Preliminary reports indicate that he is under house arrest for health reasons.
Chotkorayev was detained in late November on suspicion of gold smuggling. He was then taken to the State National Security Committee's pre-trial detention center.
