AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan confirmed 1,965 new coronavirus cases for the past day, the Ministry of Health reported on June 30.
These new cases include 1,490 in Bishkek, 111 in Chui region, 94 in Osh region, 93 in Jalal-Abad region, 73 in Batken region, 45 in Osh, 35 in Issyk-Kul region, 16 in Naryn region, 8 in Talas region.
Last time such high daily coronavirus cases were recorded on July 22, 2020 - 1,108 cases.
The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases since March 2020 reached 125,003.
Eight lethal cases linked to coronavirus infection were registered for a day, including 2 in Bishkek, 2 in Issyk-Kul region, 3 in Batken region, 1 in Osh.
The death toll from coronavirus infection reached 2,000.
