Kazakhstan records 2,016 new cases of coronavirus, 13 deaths

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan has recorded 2,016 new cases of the coronavirus infection, the Health Ministry said on June 30. 678 cases were recorded in Nur-Sultan, 302 in Karaganda, 253 in Almaty, 126 in West Kazakhstan region, 103 in Shymkent city, 56 in Aktobe region, 89 Atyrau region, 71 in East Kazakhstan region, 56 in Pavlodar region, 53 in Almaty region, 50 in Mangistau region, 48 in Akmola region, 47 in Kostanay region, 32 in Turkestan region, 25 in Zhambyl region, 14 in Kyzylorda region, and 13 in North Kazakhstan region.
Kazakhstan's nationwide coronavirus tally stands at 423,137 so far.
13 people died of the coronavirus in the past day bringing death toll to 4349.
24,822 people continue to receive treatment, including 7,453 people hospitalized and 17,369 people treated as outpatients. 103 patients are in severe condition and 67 are on life support.
