Uzbekistan and Turkey sign 25 agreements for $679 million

AKIPRESS.COM - Uzbekistan-Turkey business forum was held in Tashkent, the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan said.
The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov, Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay, heads of line government agencies, more than 250 businessmen.
25 documents for $679 million were signed at the forum, including on 10 investment projects worth $514.7 million and 15 contracts for $165.2 million.
Presentations were made during the business forum on projects in energy sector, tourism, light industry, agriculture, production of construction materials, chemical industry.
