Kyrgyzstan Olympic team flag bearer named

AKIPRESS.COM - Greco-Roman wrestler Atabek Azisbekov will be a captain of Kyrgyzstan's national team participating in the Tokyo Olympics. President Sadyr Japarov will hand the flag of Kyrgyzstan to Azisbekov. He will be bearing it at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games on July 23 at the National Stadium.
Azizbekov will compete in Greco-Roman wrestling in men's up to 87kg.
18 athletes from Kyrgyzstan have licenses to the Olympics in Tokyo.
