Kyrgyzstan expects to receive 259,000 doses of Pfizer in mid-fall

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan expects supply of Chinese Sinopharm coronavirus vaccines free of charge under the COVAX mechanism by the end of September 2021, said Deputy Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers Jyldyz Bakashova. Kyrgyzstan also expects to receive 259,000 doses of Pfizer vaccine in mid-fall.
Delivery of Moderna vaccines as a donor support from the World Bank is expected in the first quarter of 2022, the nationwide taskforce for coronavirus response said.
"We continue to work on future vaccine supplies with our foreign counterparts through diplomatic channels," Bakashova said.
