Bishkek, Apr. 25, 2019/ Kabar /. Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Kursan Asanov took part in the Hytera Global Summit of Partners in Seoul, South Korea, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
On Apr. 25, 2019, a delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs headed by Kursan Asanov participated in the Global Summit of Partners Hytera-2019.
"This company is the world's leading provider of innovative solutions for professional mobile radio communications, produced by the latest technology used by law enforcement and security agencies around the world. At the conference held in Seoul, Asanov made a presentation," the press service said.
The Deputy Minister noted the need to introduce new technologies in order to adequately ensure public safety and as part of reforming the internal affairs bodies. Asanov stressed that President Sooronbay Jeenbekov declared 2019 the Year of Regional Development and the Digitalization of the Country.
"Today, the whole world uses the latest digital technologies, the development of IT-technologies is one of the main directions in the development of the state, including in order to increase the level of citizens' safety, reliable public order, which increases the level of trust and image of the police. The time has come, we must change for the better and keep up with the times", said Asanov.
It was also noted that within the framework of the pilot project and the modernization of the service 102 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs it is necessary to create a center equipped with the latest system using advanced digital technologies.
After, the head of the Kyrgyz delegation, Asanov, met with the founder and president of Hytera, Mr. Chen Ching Jou. The sides agreed on further mutually beneficial cooperation.
