Parliament Speaker, Mongolian President discuss cooperation

AKIPRESS.COM - Parliament Speaker Dastanbek Jumabekov today met Mongolian President Khaltmaagiin Battulga, who arrived in Kyrgyzstan on official visit. Speaker Jumabekov told the Mongolian President this visit will strengthen bilateral relations, which is proved by today's opening of the Embassy of Mongolia in Bishkek.
The Mongolian President said bilateral ties should strengthen in many areas, the countries have common views on many issues.
President Battulga invited the Parliament Speaker and MPs to visit Mongolia and explore the country's parliamentarism.
The Mongolian President also suggested that Kyrgyz athletes could train in Mongolia for the upcoming Olympic Games in Japan, since Mongolia has a similar nature and climate conditions.
