Charter flight from Tashkent to Issyk-Kul resumed

Bishkek, June 27, 2019. /Kabar/.The charter flight Tashkent - Tamchy and Tamchy - Tashkent will be resumed during the summer season from June 27 to September 6, the press service of the Ministry of Culture reported.
An hour and a half flight will be once a week on Thursdays. The cost of the ticket will be KGS 18,000 (approximately USD 260).
The flight was launched in order to increase the flow of tourists between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, with the assistance of the Department of Tourism under the Kyrgyz Culture and Tourism Ministry and the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Uzbekistan, the travel companies INSPIRO TRAVEL (Kyrgyzstan) and ASIA LUX TRAVEL (Uzbekistan), together with Uzbekistan Airways OJSC.
An information tour dedicated to the launch of the flight with the participation of 39 journalists and editors from the Uzbek media is held on June 25-27.
A press conference at the airport Tamchy (Issyk-Kul) with the participation of representatives of the Department of Tourism of the Culture Ministry, the Ministry of Transport and Roads, the Civil Aviation Agency under Transport Ministry and Manas International Airport is also planned.
