Issyk-Kul hosts int’l conference of forensic doctors and morphologists

Bishkek, July 2, 2019. /Kabar/. The "Current state and prospects of forensic medicine and morphology in the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union 2019" III international scientific and practical conference was held on June 27-29 in Issyk-Kul Oblast, the press service of Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) named after Boris Yeltsin
The event was dedicated to several jubilees: the 25th anniversary of the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU, the 80th anniversary of the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy (KSMA) named after Isa Akhunbayev and the 5th anniversary of the Kyrgyz guild of doctors, court medical experts public association.
Over 75 scientists, forensic doctors, morphologists, faculty, students, as well as other stakeholders from Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan gathered at the conference.
The participants of the forum heard reports, asked questions, actively participated in the work of the proposed master class, discussed legal and historical aspects of forensic medicine, actual problems of morphological research, modern technologies in expert practice and other related issues.
