Issuance of new type of vehicle registration certificates scheduled for August

Bishkek, July 10, 2019. /Kabar/. Issuance of new type of vehicle registration certificates is approximately scheduled for August this year, the press service of the State Registration Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
As previously reported, new vehicle registration certificates are being introduced in Kyrgyzstan since 2019.
As of today, the work on the coordination and approval of the draft forms is being completed.
The certificates of the new type fully comply with the requirements of the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (Nov. 8, 1968) and the corresponding columns are written in Kyrgyz, Russian and English. In terms of paper size, the form is executed in A6 format (148x105 mm) and is a single sheet of paper, which is folded into an A7 format form (74x105 mm).
The new forms are characterized by a high degree of protection and have more than 20 protective elements and eliminate the possibility of counterfeiting.
