Bishkek, July 11, 2019. / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov at the end of his official visit to Switzerland, visited Moscow, Russia.
During the visit, he met with Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is a regular meeting of the heads of two states, according to the previously established tradition of bilateral meetings of this format, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.
Jeenbekov and Putin discussed the implementation of the agreements reached on the basis of the state visit of the President of Russia to Kyrgyzstan, including the organization and holding of events within the framework of the announced cross - 2020 year of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation and the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic.
They discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, as well as preparations for the upcoming session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. The CSTO Summit will be held on November 28, 2019 in Bishkek.
