Atambayev says he will depart today from Kant air base

AKIPRESS.COM - Almazbek Atambayev said he will fly to Russia at 12.30 pm from the Russian air base in Kant. He told reporters today in his house in Koi-Tash. "Preliminarily, we were supposed to fly at 11.00 am, but plan to depart at 12.30. From the air base in Kant," he said.
Atambayev said he plans to return back in the evening of July 25 at around 7.00 pm.
"Everything will be okay. I think we should be more concerned about the situation on the border with Tajikistan," Atambayev said.
Atambayev said the airplane is neither private, nor military. More details will be provided by SDPK representatives later, he promised.
