Belarus, Uzbekistan sign bilateral agreements

AKIPRESS.COM - Vice Prime Minister of Belarus Vladimir Dvornik and Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Elyor Ganiev have signed the agreement between the governments of Uzbekistan and Belarus on production, research and technology cooperation, BelTA reports. The sides also signed intergovernmental agreements on cross-region cooperation, reciprocal encouragement and protection of investments, reciprocal recognition of documents of education.
Belarus and Uzbekistan agreed to cooperate in environmental protection, mass media, publishing, IT sector.
The Defense Ministries signed the agreement on exchange of classified information during bilateral cooperation.
The customs services of two countries signed the protocol of cooperation in fight against customs violations.
The Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Belarus and Uzbekistan signed the agreement on establishment of the Business Council.
