AKIPRESS.COM - Samat Kurmankulov, who was earlier reported having fallen in coma after storming in Koi-Tash, is not in coma, Ombudsman Tokon Mamytov reported. "He is not in coma, he is rehabilitating after operation," he noted.
The chief of the Chuy regional police is in acritical condition, according to him.
Some 23 people were discharged from the hospital this morning. Three others are still there, the Ombudsman said.
