AKIPRESS.COM - Another explosion of an unknown substance was heard in the city of Arys during the garbage incineration, assistant to the governor of Turkestan region Saken Kalkamanov said, Sputnik Kazakhstan reported. One local received some minor injuries. He was delivered to the hospital.
The incident occurred on Thursday at 6:15 pm.
