President Jeenbekov, PM Medvedev discuss prospects of cooperation

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov today met Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, who arrived in Cholpon-Ata to attend the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council. "I have always felt your support. Kyrgyzstan knows you as a real friend, who has made a significant contribution into development of trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation," President Jeenbekov underscored.
"I am convinced the today's meeting will make contribution into development of multifaceted partnership. We always have what to discuss in bilateral and multilateral format. I hope the wonderful atmosphere of Issyk-Kul will help it," Dmitry Medvedev said.
The sides discussed prospects of trade, economic cooperation, progress of implementation of the earlier reached agreements during the state visit of President Putin to Kyrgyzstan, organization of the Cross Year of Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
