Aida Salyanova plea bargains with investigation, gets released from jail

AKIPRESS.COM - Ex-Prosecutor General Aida Salyanova plea bargained with the investigation and was released from jail, Pervomay district court ruled on Aug 15.
Salyanova was apprehended on June 3, 2019. She was arrested as part of the ongoing high-profile probe into illegal freeing of crime boss Aziz Batukayev from prison in 2013 over fake leukemia diagnosis.
Salyanova will be under house arrest.
