President Tokayev offered to announce Year of Culture in Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev at the meeting with Head of the State Academic Kazakh Musical and Drama Theater Talgat Temenov discussed development of theater arts in the country, Akorda press service reports. Temenov told about the process of construction of a new building of the State Academic Kazakh Musical and Drama Theater and offered to announce a Year of Culture in the country. He has listed a number of ideas on improvement of welfare of young actors and provision of shelter.
The head of state in his turn promised that the government will continue providing support in culture, theater and cinema.
