President Jeenbekov partakes in first stone laying ceremonies of schools in Bishkek and Sokuluk

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov took part in the first stone laying ceremonies of schools in Bishkek and Sokuluk district, the President's press service reported.
The foundation stone ceremonies were held on August 27 with participation of local authorities, residents and construction workers.
In Orok village, Jeenbekov talked to locals and teachers.
"Due to the internal migration, schools of Bishkek, Chui and Osh regions are overloaded. We know this problem. Therefore, we decided to spend funds for construction of general education institutions and additional builings for them," Jeenbekov said.
The head of state reminded that fighting corruption is the main task of the government.
Construction works are expected to finish in 2020.
