Kabar News Agency signs cooperation agreement with Global Times Online

Xian, Sept. 11, 2019. / Kabar /. Kabar News Agency of Kyrgyzstan signed a cooperation agreement with Global times Online, the Chinese information site (Huanqui Online). The agreement was signed in Beijing.
The agreement was signed as part of the trip of delegations of media representatives of the SCO member countries, dialogue partners and observer countries to China at the invitation of the Chinese Committee of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization for Neighborhood, Friendship and Cooperation.
A cooperation agreement with a Chinese online publication was also signed by the Mongolian website Mongoliatoday.com, Avesta from Tajikistan, and the Vestnik Mogileva newspaper from Belarus.
Under the agreement the parties agreed to develop bilateral professional cooperation in the information sphere in order to strengthen cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and China.
The parties plan to implement projects aimed at developing the information space, promoting objective and professional media coverage of processes in the cultural, humanitarian, economic, sports and political spheres, strengthening information flows, understanding and rapprochement of the peoples of the two countries.
Global times Online or Huanqui Online, also referred to as the website of the Huanqiu Shibao Newspaper, was jointly established by Renmin Ribao Online and Huanqiu Shibao, with the approval of the Renmin Ribao newspaper and the State Council of China Information Bureau. The site, which officially began operating in December 2007, is an important central-level Chinese news site, and is also a site approved by the Chinese Cyberspace Administration that can be copied and distributed online.
