Attorneys got deadline for familiarization with Batukayev's case extended

AKIPRESS.COM - Attorneys of former President Almazbek Atambayev must study the criminal case into illegal release of crime boss Aziz Batukayev from prison in 2013 over fake leukemia diagnosis.
Attorney Sergei Slesarev said the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has extended the time limit for familiarization with the case. Slesarev also said that Pervomaisky district court on September 15 refused his complaint over violations of the investigation.
