President of Turkmenistan orders to intensify work on exploration and development of deposits on Caspian shelf

The President of Turkmenistan gave a number of instructions to his adviser on oil and gas issues Yagshigeldy Kakayev on further improvement of the investment policy aimed at strengthening mutually beneficial partnership with leading foreign companies with advanced experience and innovative technologies capable of ensuring effective development of oil and gas fields.
It was stressed that the projects implemented in the energy sector must meet all the requirements of environmental safety, the state news agency reported.
