AKIPRESS.COM - The fines for violation of traffic rules will be suspended after the running of the statute of limitations, said deputy head of the road patrol police Nur Satybaldiyev on Oct 29. The law says that the recovery of fines for violations of traffic laws lasts for 3 years, so upon running of the statute of limitations it will be suspended.
"However, we should recover fines from violator within 3 years. If the violator refuses to pay the fines, his car will be under arrest," he said.
