City council member offers to increase fines for lack of filters in Bishkek plants

AKIPRESS.COM - A member of the Bishkek city council Adisa Imangaziyeva proposed to raise the fines for the lack of filters at the industrial enterprises of Bishkek.
She offered to make plants either to pay big fines, or use filters.
A member of the Bishkek city council Jumabek Salymbekov believes that the private residences in Bishkek should be equipped with filters, if they use coal.
Salymbekov said that the private residences should establish filters with the help of the sanitary and ecological inspectorate.
"They use coal because it is cold," Salymbekov said while speaking about residents of private residences.
