'Government won't hinder civil position of youth' — Tokayev

AKIPRESS.COM - "The Kazakh youth has its own civil position, openly expresses it and the government of Kazakhstan will not hinder this," President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said today at the closing ceremony of the Youth Year and the start of the Volunteer Year, Vlast.kz reported.
According to the head of state, the independence and its territorial integrity are preserved by only rational internal and foreign policy, but not by voting in the international organizations.
Young Kazakhstanis should be in the forefront of the patriotism, Tokayev said.
