President Jeenbekov speaks about necessity to ensure unified registration of violations

AKIPRESS.COM - It is necessary to ensure unified registration of violations, as well as fully implement the task on creation of non-departmental, but national legal statistics, said President Sooronbai Jeenbekov at the session of judiciary reform council on Dec 10. "There are acute issues in the registration sphere. The issue concerning the Unified registration in the violation register has not been resolved for a year. The unified registration in the violation register should correspond to its definition, otherwise it is impossible to create legal statistics of the country," Jeenbekov said.
"To date, digitalization process is implemented in a pilot regime: pilot courts, pilot probation, pilot investigator's offices and pilot police. The digital elements of the judicial and legal reform are not fully introduced in Bishkek. The work on equip court hearings with the audio and video record equipment is ongoing. These systems are not fully united yet," President outraged.
