President Jeenbekov to make official visit to UAE

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov to make official visit to the United Arab Emirates. The visit will be made on December 11-12 at the invitation of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The talks in restricted attendance and at delegation levels will be held during this visit, Daniyar Sydykov, Chief of Foreign Policy Department of the President's Administration, said.
The talks will address prospects of bilateral cooperation in political, commercial, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
Several bilateral agreements in education, culture, tourism, infrastructure projects, including construction of the Islamic Academy in Bishkek, will be signed.
"As you know, the idea to set up the Islamic Academy in Kyrgyzstan came after the talks of President Sooronbai Jeenbekov with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Sochi in February 2019. The main goal of the Islamic Academy is provision of higher education, in-service training," Daniyar Sydykov said.
President Jeenbekov will meet UAE Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to discuss bilateral cooperation prospects.
The meeting will be also held with Zayed Foundation Director-General Hamad Salem bin Kardous Al Ameri.
Wrapping up his visit, President Jeenbekov will meet expatriates in UAE.
