Local Self-Government Agency sums up results for 2019

AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek hosted a session of the State Agency for Local Self-Government and Inter-Ethnic Relations on Dec 27. The session was attended by representatives of Finance Ministry, Nookat local council, Aravan and Alamedin village councils, the agency reports.
The experience of the regional departments was considered, recommendations on the organization of trainings and seminars, meetings in the field with representatives of local and village councils were given.
The session considered issues following the results of activities for 2019 and tasks for 2020. A comprehensive plan for 2020 was approved and proposals to strengthen the work on providing assistance were made, as well as the conduction of activities of local self governance bodies in implementing the tasks of the presidential decree on regional development and digitalization, the local government development program for 2018-2023 and other state strategic documents were considered.
