AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyz athletes won 83 medals at the international wrestling tournaments under the United World Wrestling (UWW) in 2019.
Kyrgyz wrestlers occupied the first places 19 times.
Aisuluu Tynybekova won the gold medals at the Asian championship and world championship.
Ulugbek Joldoshbekov became the world and Asia champion, but among the athletes under 23-year-old.
Kyrgyzstan athletes won 25 silver and 39 bronze medals.
