19,400 Uzbek nationals acquire Russian citizenship in 2019

AKIPRESS.COM - Some 19,400 nationals of Uzbekistan acquired citizenship of Russian in 2019, according to the Russian Interior Ministry's Migration Department.
Almost 498,000 foreigners acquired citizenship of Russia in 2019, this is 84% more than in 2018.
The Russian citizenship was acquired by 50,500 citizens of Kazakhstan, 44,700 citizens of Tajikistan, 9,300 citizens of Kyrgyzstan, 1,400 citizens of Turkmenistan.
