‘Electronic Notary’ system piloted in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - The electronic information system "Electronic Notary" was launched in pilot mode in Kyrgyzstan, said Justice Minister Marat Jamankulov at the press conference in Bishkek on Jan 30. According to him, the project was piloted in Bishkek from Sept 20 to Oct 20 and from Dec 30,2019 the pilot project was launched in Kyrgyzstan.
"There are 79 state notaries in the republic. This system should be used by private notaries. The "Electronic Notary" system will be launched in production mode from March 1," said minister.
The system excludes a possibility of conducting illegal or false activities by notaries and ensures the transparency of their activities, added minister.
