Interior Minister meets with residents of Alai district

AKIPRESS.COM - The Interior Minister Kashkar Junushaliyev met with the residents of Arpa-Tektir village of Alai district of the Osh region, said the ministry on Feb 19. The local residents turned to President Sooronbai Jeenbekov with the request to receive them and pay attention to the issue related to the threats and accusations towards Rahmanberdi uulu Tologon and pressure from Kyllychbek Sarkarbayev, Nurbek Raimbekov and others, the ministry reports.
During the meeting, Junushaliyev said that one of the duties of the internal affairs agencies is ensuring the public order and crime prevention.
The investigation on the case of Rahmanberdi uulu was launched. Rahmanberdi uulu Tologon and his fellow Emilbek Kimsanov are suspects in the case of hoolignism. Both of them are wanted, he said.
The minister noted that the investigation on this issue will be conducted within a law. "I am responsible to the people for ensuring public order as the Interior Minister. The Interior Ministry is always ready to cooperate with the public and to resolve the issues related to the public order together," he said.
