CASA-1000 power transmission line to have some environmental impact

AKIPRESS.COM - A transmission line planned as part of the CASA-1000 project has direct and indirect impact on the environment, according to the environmental impact assessment of the project.
The following environmental problems were encountered during the development of the design and construction of power transmission line:
- land seizure;
- cutting of trees;
- restriction of farming activities;
- negative impact of the electromagnetic field on human and environment;
- TV and radio interference, acoustic noise generated by power transmission line;
- deterioration of work of communication equipment;
- deterioration of aesthetics of the landscape in the places of power transmission line routes.
