MP suggests reintroduction of environmental fees charged at entry to Issyk-Kul region

AKIPRESS.COM - MP Baktybek Raimkulov suggests to re-introduce environmental fees charged at the entry point to Issyk-Kul region.
"Local residents ask reintroduction of these fees, since they have to clean the areas from lost of waste after end of tourist season," the lawmaker said in Parliament on July 14.
Deputy Transport Minister Nurlanbek Kaiynbaev said this suggestion would be considered.
The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan is considering the issue of construction of Korumdu-Balbai road.
